Since then, the IRS has come out with good news for companies who barter ads on the Web: The companies can usually do so without incurring taxes. This ruling removes doubts that small business proprietors may have had about both the potential tax liability and the paperwork burden of these ad exchanges. First, do you think this is a good approach; second, should I be sending my information to the most senior staff person in the department; and third, how might I go about getting a mailing list of these companies, departments and department heads?" But unfortunately, I don't think it's as simple as buying a mailing list or even identifying all the HR people with a certain title. You're going to need to do a bit of digging at each company in order to identify the person in power who's most likely to be receptive to your proposal..."
